Savi Creations, under the brand Suave Chocolates®, delivers products across India, subject to serviceability at the delivery PIN code.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

We generally aim to dispatch orders within four business days from successful order confirmation and payment, subject to product availability and order processing requirements.

During festivals, promotional periods, unusually high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact details provided with the order.

2. DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, normal delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, festivals, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

Orders may be dispatched through shipping/logistics aggregators, including Shiprocket, which may assign the actual courier partner based on destination and service availability.

Tracking information will be shared with the customer where tracking is available.

4. DELIVERY SERVICEABILITY

We currently offer delivery across India, subject to PIN-code serviceability.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

6. FESTIVAL AND TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS

For orders required for a specific festival, celebration or event, customers are advised to place orders sufficiently in advance.

We recommend placing important event-related orders at least 10–15 days before the required date, wherever possible.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless such delivery commitment has been expressly confirmed by us in writing.

7. URGENT DELIVERY

Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in certain locations depending on courier serviceability and availability.

Such delivery is not currently guaranteed as a standard service.

Customers requiring urgent delivery should contact us before placing the order so that we can check the available shipping options.

8. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, natural events, public emergencies, festivals, strikes, government restrictions or courier-related operational issues.

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
