If an ordered product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through the website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to successful payment, product availability and acceptance by Savi Creations.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or information, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to service the delivery address, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

PAYMENT

Payments made through the website are processed through the payment gateway made available on the website, currently Paytm.

Payment information may be processed by the applicable payment service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

Savi Creations does not intend to collect or store customers’ complete card details unless specifically required and technically supported by the payment service provider.

CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation and applicable refunds are subject to our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver products across India, subject to delivery serviceability at the customer’s PIN code.

Orders are generally dispatched within four business days, subject to product availability and order processing.

After dispatch, normal delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 working days, depending on the destination, courier availability and other circumstances.

Orders are shipped through logistics/shipping aggregators, including Shiprocket, and the actual courier partner may vary.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product is received damaged, defective or materially incorrect, the customer should contact us promptly with the order details and supporting photographs.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement or refund, at the customer’s choice, subject to verification and the applicable Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted merely because a customer changes their mind, does not like the product after delivery, or feels that the product does not meet their personal expectations.

However, this does not affect remedies available for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise eligible under our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
